I have been sad as far as I can think. My childhood and growing up is not something I like to think about because of the extreme challenges I faced. I went through serious health issues that kept me knocked out for a long time but I overcame them. My only support was from my sister who will forever remain dear to me.
Work was never easy and though I just started a new job, I couldn’t understand why I attracted pity, sneer comments, or envy or worse pity. I am a Christian so I prayed, fasted and talked to close friends but the pain did not go away. I felt frustrated, stuck, lost and terribly tired of performing. All I wanted was to be accepted, and loved.
One day, a friend told me I needed to speak with a life coach. I had never spoken with a life coach before. She told me about Omozua Isiramen & advised me to contact her. I decided to give it a try. I had a Free “Get out of that Rut” Power Session followed by 4 amazing sessions with her on Skype, and it changed my thought pattern and my life.
Omozua made me realise I could never please everyone, and I had to choose to win for myself. I realise that what other people think about me is none of my business. I realised the only reason I was sad is because I chose to. I can choose to be happy. I realised that my focus is supposed to be on me and what makes me happy.
Of everything she told me, a major eye opener was the fact that everything in life has two sides. E.g. being single has its advantages and disadvantages and so is being married. Now I have learned to enjoy all the advantages of my situation and status instead of focusing on the disadvantages. She taught me daily affirmations that keep me going and get me ready every morning for any verbal or psychological attack. Now I have learned to enjoy all the advantages of my life situation and status instead of focusing on the disadvantages. Now I have learned to enjoy all the advantages of my situation and status instead of focusing on the disadvantages..
I wasn’t expecting it to get easier but surprisingly it has. Yes it has gotten easier. I laugh more, socialise more, I’m happier, & focus more on me. Thank you Omozua! Those sessions with you changed everything. I recommend Omozua to anyone who has enough of playing small and pretending all is great when it is not.
